Cette thèse explore la perception et l'implication des pharmaciens d'officine dans le système de pharmacovigilance à Rabat. L'objectif principal de notre étude est d'évaluer l'efficacité des autorités compétentes en pharmacovigilance, telles que le Centre National de Pharmacovigilance (CNPV), et de proposer des améliorations basées sur les retours des pharmaciens d'officine. Notre enquête a été menée auprès des pharmaciens d'officine de Rabat afin de recueillir leurs avis sur l'efficacité des autorités de pharmacovigilance, les obstacles rencontrés, et les solutions proposées pour améliorer le nombre de déclarations d'événements indésirables. Les résultats montrent que 56,5% des pharmaciens estiment que les autorités compétentes ne remplissent pas efficacement leur rôle en matière de pharmacovigilance. Le manque de communication et de sensibilisation est perçu comme le principal obstacle à une pharmacovigilance efficace. Nos interrogés ont montré une motivation et une attitude positives envers la pharmacovigilance. Cette motivation doit être capitalisée par les autorités compétentes pour améliorer le processus de pharmacovigilance dans les officines. Pour ce faire, il est essentiel de mettre en place des programmes de formation continue, de vulgariser les connaissances en pharmacovigilance et de veiller à une application rigoureuse de la législation en vigueur. En somme, la pharmacovigilance est essentielle pour protéger la santé publique, améliorer la qualité des soins et assurer la sécurité et l'efficacité des médicaments utilisés au Maroc. Des initiatives continues en matière de formation et de sensibilisation peuvent encore renforcer ces efforts, en faisant de la pharmacovigilance une priorité dans le secteur de la santé.
Pharmacovigilance plays a crucial role in monitoring the adverse effects of medications and ensuring their safe use. This thesis explores the perception and involvement of community pharmacists in the pharmacovigilance system in Rabat. The main objective of our study is to assess the effectiveness of the competent pharmacovigilance authorities, such as the National Pharmacovigilance Center (CNPV), and to propose improvements based on the feedback from community pharmacists. Our survey was conducted among community pharmacists in Rabat to gather their opinions on the effectiveness of the pharmacovigilance authorities, the obstacles encountered, and the proposed solutions to improve the number of adverse event reports. The results show that 56.5% of pharmacists believe that the competent authorities do not effectively fulfill their role in pharmacovigilance. Lack of communication and awareness is perceived as the main obstacle to effective pharmacovigilance. Our respondents showed positive motivation and attitudes towards pharmacovigilance. This motivation should be leveraged by the competent authorities to improve the pharmacovigilance process in community pharmacies. To achieve this, it is essential to implement continuous training programs, disseminate knowledge on pharmacovigilance, and ensure strict application of existing legislation. In conclusion, pharmacovigilance is essential to protect public health, improve the quality of care, and ensure the safety and efficacy of medications used in Morocco. Continuous initiatives in training and awareness can further reinforce these efforts, making pharmacovigilance a priority in the healthcare sector.
تلعب الیقظة الدوائیة دو ًرا حیویًا في مراقبة الآثار الجانبیة للأدویة وضمان سلامة استخدامھا. تستكشف ھذه الأطروحة إدراك الصیادلة في الصیدلیات ودورھم في نظام الیقظة الدوائیة في الرباط. الھدف الرئیسي من دراستنا ھو تقییم فعالیة الجھات المسؤولة عن الیقظة الدوائیة، مثل المركز الوطني للیقظة الدوائیة )CNPV(,واقتراح تحسینات بنا ًء على ملاحظات الصیادلة في الصیدلیات. تم إجراء استقصاء بین الصیادلة في صیدلیات الرباط لجمع آرائھم حول فعالیة الجھات المسؤولة عن الیقظة الدوائیة، العقبات التي تواجھھم، والحلول المقترحة لزیادة عدد البلاغات عن الأحداث الجانبیة. أظھرت النتائج أن 56.5% من الصیادلة یعتقدون أن الجھات المسؤولة لا تؤدي دورھا بفعالیة في مجال الیقظة الدوائیة. ویُعتبر نقص التواصل والتوعیة العائق الرئیسي أمام یقظة دوائیة فعالة. أظھر المشاركون في الاستقصاء دافعًا إیجابیًا وموقفًا متحم ًسا تجاه الیقظة الدوائیة. یجب أن تستفید الجھات المسؤولة من ھذا الحافز لتحسین عملیة الیقظة الدوائیة في الصیدلیات. ولتحقیق ذلك، من الضروري وضع برامج تدریب مستمر، وتوسیع المعرفة بالیقظة الدوائیة، وضمان تطبیق صارم للتشریعات القائمة. باختصار، تعد الیقظة الدوائیة ضروریة لحمایة الصحة العامة، تحسین جودة الرعایة الصحیة، وضمان سلامة وفعالیة الأدویة المستخدمة في المغرب. یمكن للمبادرات المستمرة في مجال التدریب والتوعیة أن تعزز ھذه الجھود، مما یجعل الیقظة الدوائیة أولویة في قطاع الصحة |
